We have an immediate goal (Phase I) and a long-term goal (Phase II).

Our immediate goal, Phase I, is to open a home with five beds to address the urgent community need to respond to single men in Delaware County being released from jail, prison or treatment facilities who have nowhere to go. Phase II is to build a dedicated facility.

Phase I:  small-scale operations

• Rent a home to accommodate up to five men
• Develop sustainable funding
• Three-year period commencing 2025
• Goal: Raise $400,000 over a 3-year period
  • $250,000 collected by May, 2025

Phase II: permanent facility operation

• Proposed site is zoned for a facility and has been offered as a donation
• Custom designed building for up to 16 men
• Serving also as a warming center
• Goal: Raise $2 million over a 3-year period
